Key features of your included damage and theft guarantee
Partial or total damage to the bicycle
Theft involving assault or aggression
Break-in theft (in a garage, vehicle, etc.)
Theft of the bicycle secured to a fixed point* with the provided lock
*Fixed point: a secure element firmly anchored to the ground or wall, allowing the bicycle to be safely locked and protected against easy removal or forced extraction
Only a deductible remains at your charge
With the damage & theft protection, you only pay :
✔️ 10% of the bicycle value in the event of theft
✔️ 10% of repair costs (minimum charge of €10)

What should you do in the event of a claim ?
- Report the incident to us within 24 hours of its discovery
- Do not attempt to repair the bicycle without our prior approval
- Provide us with any useful photos or information
- Pay the deductible corresponding to 10% of the repair costs
- File a report within 24 hours, either via the link available in the useful documentation section or directly with the police
- Report the theft to us within 24 hours of its discovery
- Provide us with the police report and the anti-theft lock keys
- Pay the deductible corresponding to 10% of the bicycle value
