The protection covers accidental damage and total or partial theft of the bike, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The protection does not cover, in particular, punctures, normal wear and tear, mechanical failures, certain cosmetic damage, negligence, third-party liability, or the theft or loss of non-fixed or removable items.
Depending on the equipment concerned, certain accessories or removable parts may not be covered, including, for example, a battery removed from the bike.
Yes, in the event of a claim, a deductible may remain payable by the customer, depending on the terms of the protection.

Bike rental is available to adults and to minors aged 14 and over, when accompanied by a responsible adult.
A valid ID is required when booking and will be checked on site upon collection of the bike.
